Application procedure
- On the basis of Art. 58, para. 1 of the ZEU and in accordance with the approved internal rules in the DAEU, the following procedure for examination of signals is determined:
- Alerts at DAEU are submitted as follows:
- Through the feedback form on each of the pages on the DAEU website;
- By electronic means, at all official e-mail addresses published on the site, as well as at the e-mail address of the Help Contact Center: rimvt-abv.bg;
- On the phone +359 (885) 105-282. Alerts are accepted from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5 pm. ;
- By post - at: ul. Ivan Vazov, No 38, Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo 5000, Bulgaria;
- In the registry of RIM Veliko Tarnovo on paper.
- The alert shall be considered within one month of its receipt, and within the same period the reply shall be prepared, which shall contain a description of the actions taken and measures to remedy the accessibility breach and the period within which those accessibility breaches will be remedied, or a reasoned refusal, in cases where the request is deemed to be unfounded and unlawful.
- When the whistleblower has indicated an e-mail, the answer is sent, signed with a certificate of qualified electronic signature, and in the other cases – on paper, to the address specified in the signal. Where an incorrect or non-existent address is indicated, the information shall be deemed to have been received from the date of dispatch.
- Alerts at DAEU are submitted as follows:
- The sender of the alert may file a complaint under Art. 58d, para. 2 of the ZEU to the Chairman of the State Agency "E-Government" if the person under Art. 1, para. 1 or 2 of the ZEU:
- fails to respond to the alert within the time limit set out in this Accessibility Statement;
- fail to take the measures to remedy the accessibility breach set out in the response to the alert. Complaints shall be filed in one of the following ways:
- in the registry office of RIM Veliko Tarnovo at: Ivan Vazov, No 38, Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo 5000, Bulgaria;
- by electronic means (with an indication of the topic: ‘Complaint concerning the breach of accessibility of websites’);
- through a postal service on paper on the address of RHM Veliko Tarnovo, ul. Ivan Vazov, No 38, Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo 5000, Bulgaria.
- According to Art. 60a of the ZEU, the control over the compliance of the content of the websites and mobile applications with the accessibility requirements under Art. 58c of the ZEU is carried out by the Chairman of the State Agency "Electronic Management".
